Elevate your milking efficiency
The MobiStar Swing milking parlour can be used in many different situations. The parlour can be placed on a solid floor, but is most often installed in a simple milking pit, allowing dairy cows to enter at floor level. This ensures faster milking and greater comfort for the cows. Thanks to this versatility, the MobiStar is suitable as a permanent or semi-permanent milking parlour. The system is supplied fully prefab tested in a robust steel frame with a well-lit and easy-to-use milking area.
The MobiStar Swing is produced in sizes from 2×6 up to 2×18. Up to 2×14, the parlour can be delivered complete with a technical room, but it is also available without one. Because the installation is fully pre-prepared, it can be assembled and put into operation very quickly. This saves time and helps maintain a strong resale value. For models up to 2×14, the technical compartment is integrated into the MobiStar unit. For larger models (2×16 and 2×18), the technical room is separate.
The technical compartment includes:
- Milk receiver
- Milk pump
- Milk filter
- Fully automatic rinsing system
- Vacuum pump
- Connections for electricity, water, the milk pressure line, and the wash line
MobiStar systems can be equipped with various automation options, including:
- Milk meters
- Automatic cluster removers
- ClusterCleanse: a system that cleans the inside of the cluster after each milking to minimise the risk of cross-contamination between cows
- Cow recognition systems (Optional depending on configuration)
The MobiStar is a fully pre-assembled milking parlour that can be lifted with a crane and installed almost anywhere. It can be installed in a milking pit; we can provide a sample floor drawing for this.
The unit can be installed outside next to the barn or in any other suitable space near the barn. It is also possible to place it in or above a (sealed) slurry pit.
Due to its modular nature and multiple configurations, pricing depends on the specific setup.
As a guide, the MobiStar Swing starts at € 70,000, excluding installation.
